I really need help figuring out how to manage ADHD and seizures with insurance.

I was diagnosed with epilepsy in 2020. I was put on Keppra 500Mg 2x a day. This has worked fine except for it makes me extremely tired. In 2021, I was diagnosed by a different doctor with ADHD and have been on Adderall 15MG once a day. Now for some reason this month everything has become so difficult. My neurologist said that I need to come in for a yearly check up and they are extremely far now. They don’t have an option for telehealth. Then my primary care doctor that prescribes the adderall had an update and they no longer accept my insurance. I made an appointment with a new PCP and they basically said the appointment is just for him to refer me to other specialist (neurologist and psychiatrist). My question is, why can’t I just go to him for my prescriptions? These have been working for me and I feel like these are just unnecessary expenses. I am down to my last few pills and I’m scared for work this week. I can’t stay awake throughout the day on the Keppra without adderal and it’s extremely hard for me to focus. I can go awhile without Keppra because my seizures only came around once a year but I’m so scared to have one ever again. What should I do? I really don’t have the money to see multiple specialist right now.
