i need help deciding which plan to select through my employer. 😵‍💫

hello! this is my first time ever choosing my own health insurance and i have no idea what i'm doing. my employer offers two plan options—

option 1: “Anthem BCBS Preferred Blue PPO HSA Medical” employee contribution: $24.77/paycheck employer contribution: $99.07/paycheck

option 2: “Anthem BCBS Preferred Blue PPO Medical” employee contribution: $30.69/paycheck employer contribution: $122.77/paycheck

that's all the info it displays on the website. i've tried searching Anthem for more information, but i don't know how to find out what the deductibles/etc. associated with these specific employer-sponsored plans would be, so any advice as to how to locate that info would be welcome as well.

about me: i'm 26, physically healthy, and i see a therapist once a month or so. i'm just trying to select whichever plan will be cheapest. also, if it's relevant, i will likely only be with with this company for another 6 months – a year.
