I just lost my Medicaid and I’m worried

Ok, so my family was on what's called The Healthy Michigan Plan. It covered everything. Vision, dental and medical. Well because he makes a little bit too much we got canceled. Luckily, our kids are still covered. I thought, no big deal, we can get insurance from the Healthcare .gov site. Turns out, because my husband's job technically offers insurance he doesn't qualify for a tax credit. So I'm trying to figure out what to do… The insurance his company offers is Anthem Elements Choice HSA. It's covers preventative care but after that we have to pay 6k in deductibles before anything will be covered. This doesn't include dental or vision. I feel like that's crap insurance. Anyhow, in order for us to get the kind of coverage we were getting from the state Medicaid, we will likely need to fork out $500+ a month (that's even with my tax credit) and that still doesn't include dental or vision. We can't even afford a car payment so I have no idea how we will be able to afford insurance. I am also on mental health medications so I need to find coverage quickly. My husband also needs dental work and yearly procedures done for his ongoing gut issues. I am having a hard time understanding how you get full medical/dental/vision when you are "broke broke", but you get subpar overpriced coverage when you pay?! Like how does that make sense? Are there other options for us? I've been so stressed out about this. I really need some advice or guidance. My son is on the spectrum and I'm trying to see if we can get SSI for that but there are no guarantees with that. I also am not working because both my kiddos are toddlers and we wouldn't qualify for free childcare plus my sons disability makes it hard to find a place that will work with him.
