I have the cheapest plan right now but going by this table is my works health insurance horrible? I feel like I will never spend $5k whats the point. Or is just just average health insurace.

I'm still new to this whole heath insurance thing. My last job was a school and they paid for everything $0 deductible maybe $25 copay and therapy was completely free no copay. My prescriptions were never more than $5. Sadly due to covid lost that job and I had that job for awhile I just that that was normal to have that good of insurance until I came here. This plan doesn't seem to help me at all.
