I got rejected for Medicaid and need to appeal or get information on how to approach Marketplace 28F

(Michigan) Hey, I quit my last job in August and got dropped by my insurance as a result. My job was through a University & now I am a paid GAship student there instead. I am paid JUST above the Medicaid price cutoff 24k annually. With my 33k salary this year, I cannot qualify either. I missed the insurance sign up 2023 deadline for the school’s insurance plan, but enrolled for January. The problem is the student insurance monthly is half of my monthly paycheck ($485) I am seeing this seems to be consistent across the board in price. How can I find a high deductible plan without monthly plans? OR how can I appeal? My comorbidities are expensive to maintain and I spent 1/3 of all my earnings on medicine the entire time I was staff. I have ADHD and Asthma and only one ADHD med works without garbage side effects. I get paid 20 hours a week @ $14.85 during the school year and $14.85 @ 40 hours a week in the summer, so I make just enough over to qualify.

I spend $216 on off brand Vyvanse and ~$175 on Advair every 30 days. I also spend $80 biweekly for therapy. That leaves me with absolutely no money for food or basic necessities. I’m already living with my parents as I am unable to afford rent. I was sent a letter through MDHHS for signing up through MiBridges and was rejected. What do I do?
