I feel trapped due to my dependence on good insurance. What are my options?

You can scroll to the bottom for my questions.

Background:

I (31F) am currently covered by my dad's excellent insurance as a permeant dependent. (I have a chronic condition similar to cystic fibrosis or MS.) The plan was to stay on his insurance until he retires in a few years and then get covered through medicare + supplemental by being a permanent dependent under my mom's SSDI. But the idea of never being able to make enough money to be independent due to the income cap is really devastating to think about. I won't ever be able to work a conventional job with benefits, but I do have a business I'd like to expand someday if my health ever allows.

My coverage currently looks like:

-BCBS (I don't know if there are different types under that name)

-Copay is $30 for appointments and tests, $75 for ER visits.

-Nearly every HCP I want to go to or any test/treatment I need is covered.

-I don't know the exact terms of medication coverage, but generally things are pretty reasonable or even $0 once I reach my yearly deductible.

-10K deductible (which I meet every year by February/March)

I'm trying to research what that type of coverage would cost. When I tried to go through the exchange or reach out to companies, they always want to know my income and when I give that info, I am directed to Medicaid. I need to know how much excellent private insurance would cost to know if I could ever afford it. Is there a way I can find this info? I don't need exact numbers. I literally have no idea if it would be $500/mo or $5000+/mo. Any other tips for someone in my situation?
