I don’t know what to do. Medical Assistance Disenrollment.

I feel very overwhelmed, and honestly screwed right now. Long story short I was taken from my mom as a baby, was in foster care for a little bit until my dad got me back (my dad is also broke.) I've been on state insurance (Medical Assistance ) in Minnesota my whole life. I just turned 26 and now they are disenrolling me. I just checked the mail and I got a letter saying that my coverage ends on the 30th of this month (it's the 27th today) and I am scheduled to have surgery to remove my gallbladder on the 3rd. Just my luck. I don't know what to do, there's no way I can afford the surgery without the insurance. And honestly, even with employer insurance there's no way I could afford the physical and mental health needs that I have. I go to therapy twice a week, I see a psychiatrist for my meds (I've been seeing her since 8th grade.) I'm on 5 medications (some for physical and some for mental health. some of which are not cheap.) I see a specialist for P.C.O.S atleast once a year, I have arthritis and bone spurs in my spine so I see a chiropractor for that, I have asthma that I need an inhaler for. Am I going to have to cancel my surgery to remove my gallbladder? It's on the 3rd… ugh.
