I can keep my Obamacare right? Minimum Essential Coverage calculation below:

My 2025 salary = $41,600 and for the rest of this year = $22,400. My employer's cheapest ACA compliant plan is $311.99/month. For 2024, the ACA defines MEC as a plan that's affordable if the employee's cheapest self-only coverage doesn't exceed 8.39%.

8.39% of my annual salary: ($41,600 × 0.0839 = $3,494.24)

annual cost of cheapest employer plan: ($311.99×12 months= $3,743.88)

annual cost of affordability threshold for $41,600 =

= $3,743.88 (annual cost of employer plan) > 3,494.24 (OC affordability threshold)

For

$22,400 = 22,400×8.39%=1,880.96

311.99×12=3,743.88

3,743.88 (annual cost of cheapest ACA employer plan) >1,880.96 (affordability threshold)

Therefore, the offered cheapest employer ACA plan does NOT meet MEC standards for affordability in 2024 for my $22,400 salary or my $41,600 (2025 salary). Thus, I can keep my Obamacare for the rest of 2024 and 2025, correct?
