I am beyond frustrated, and I don’t know what else to do! None of my doctors are covered by my insurance plan!

I am a diabetic. I see and an endocrinologist, a urologist, and a primary care physician. For years I have been going to the same doctors and specialists. Since I am working again and I’m not 65 my Medicare ended. They have allowed me to sign up for marketplace insurance. I have Florida blue. When I signed up for my insurance plan, I made sure to type in all my doctors names and all my prescriptions to make sure that the insurance plan covered it.

Well, it turns out none of them are covered even though the website says they are! When I called the marketplace, they said they get their information from the doctors office. When I call all of my doctors and specialists, they tell me that their information is all up-to-date with the marketplace and unfortunately they don’t accept Florida blue. I don’t know what else to do, but this is beyond frustrating. Three different doctors that I’ve been going to for years and now I have to stop going.

I have a urologist appointment on Monday and I just had to cancel because they said that they won’t see me unless they pay out-of-pocket and that cost is $400 that I just can’t pay! I don’t know what to do because if I select another plan I don’t want to run into the same issue all over again.
