HRA keeps sending checks for prescription, but I use a copay card

My prescription is $70 a month after my insurance, so my HRA keeps paying me out $70 a month. The problem is I use a copay card and actually pay $4 out of pocket. I have UHC and have contacted them twice about this, each about an hour long to figure it out. They kept sending me to different departments, then finally someone said I have a "glitch" on my account that isn't adding the copay card and they said they would reach out by phone or email when they get it fixed. I am here 4 months later and still getting checks. I haven't cashed them because I know it will bite me in the ass, but what else do I need to do? Now my insurance has rolled over to the next year back in April, but thankfully my HRA funds are rolled over so I get to keep them. At this point it is almost $500 that I shouldn't have been paid. Do I ask them to take money out imy checking to put back into the HRA? Do I cash the checks and refund them? Not really sure how to navigate this at this point since UHC seems to not give a fuck. Really don't want to become ineligible to use the HRA.
