How to make my insurance to pay my bill?

I have an Ambetter insurance in Florida. I paid honestly every month to them – it's really cheap insurance, so it worked for me until recent time. Now that I first time need their help – with MRI, rehabilitation, they're not going to help me at all. Not only do almost every clinic not accept them, they make you wait 15 days for an answer, so that later they can still find any reason to refuse me! My insurance has not yet paid a penny for my treatment. And I don't even know what to do. I urgently need treatment. But I can't afford it. Another problem is that there is some kind of confusing system between my primary doctor, insurance and the MRI center. At first I waited for half a month, just trying to figure it out, and I couldn’t even make an appointment, because the insurance didn’t want to authorize me, but it said that it authorized, and each item was shifting the blame to others, and each agent was saying completely different things! So now they completely refuse to help me in any way! Is there any way to make insurance to pay for my treatment?
