How much should I contribute monthly to my HSA health insurance plan?

This is my first time choosing a health insurance plan through an employer, so this is all new to me. I'm honestly not even completely sure how an HSA plan works.

I am 25, single, and in good health. I am getting health insurance through my 1-year internship, and I am not sure if I will be staying with this employer after this year. I get paid once a month. Below, I provided information that was included about the plan in the paperwork I received:

"The premium is $74.16. The deductible is $2,000 for Network and $4,000 for Non-network providers (HSA will reduce this amount). Employers contribute $200 to the HSA then match any employee contributions up to $575. Employees can contribute additional funds on a pre-tax basis, up to $3,850 for an individual and $7,750 for a family to cover out-of-pocket medical and pharmacy costs. Unused funds can remain in your HSA account and earn interest. An HSA differs from an HRA in that money in an HSA follows the members even if he terminates or retires."

I certainly don't want to overpay, especially since I may only be with this employer for 1 year. At the same time, I want to make sure that I'm covered and am making the right financial decision with my plan. I would greatly appreciate any advice and input that anyone who is familiar with HSAs could provide! Thank you!!!
