How do I get health insurance, 22yo M

I am a 22yo male from WI. I have never had health insurance before, I have not been to the doctor since I was about 10 or so. That is, until I started having some health problems about a year ago that I cant solve. I have been to the doctors about 5-10 times without health insurance and paid out of pocket with cash. But the doctors don't seem to want to do anything if I don't have insurance. And I feel as if I was being treated as a drug seeker at first, which is not the case.

I plan to go to a broker/agent soon to try to figure something out, is that even a good idea? I am pretty sure I do not qualify for medicaid. I can maybe qualify for premium tax credits. My income is unpredictable but likely above the medicaid income limit. I don't have either parent. The only possible person I could go to is an aunt, but I don't think I can go on their plan or anything. I am also worried about being outside of the open enrollment period. I would also like to get dental insurance. I am a non smoker.

Am I screwed? Any help is appreciated, please and thanks.
