How do I get claims to be reprocessed?

In the last <45 days, I have found a lump in my breast, been diagnosed with breast cancer, and have had a bilateral mastectomy with reconstruction. You can imagine the number of appointments I have had and the number of claims filed. I have let a number of these claims sit and have not touched them until after I got through my surgery, but I paid the remainder of my deductible on April 30 with my big surgery.

How do I get the insurance company to reprocess old claims where a deductible payment is listed that I owe, when I have met my deductible already by paying my bills out of order?

For example:

4/17 appointment, claim to Cigna received 4/19 and processed on 4/20, deductible amount owed $240.43

4/30 remainder of $3200 deductible paid for a different procedure

Do I still have to pay that $240.43 amount that is part of my deductible just because I paid my bills out of order? What do I say to insurance? I'm on the phone with them right now and having a hard time understanding.
