How could I get the best usage out of a HSA medical plan, dental ppo, and an FSA?

I may be starting a new job soon and they sent me their benefits package. Based on the details, the HSA medical plan, dental PPO, and FSA sounds good for me. I want to make use of all three of these plans and get a lot of non-cosmetic dental work done. I also might have sleep apnea so I want to use these plans to finally get that checked out.

My question may seem simplistic but I've never had an HSA medical plan/savings account or an FSA before. So I just want to know that when I go to my dentist and doctor, do I just show them my insurance card like always, and pay whatever needs to be paid with my FSA? Or do I pay with my HSA and use the FSA as a last resort? Or am I completely off on how I'm supposed to use these plans to the best of their abilities? Here's some info on the plans.

HSA Medical plan (HSA savings account included)

Dental PPO (2 options)

Restorative Care: PPO dentist 80%; Non-PPO dentist 70%

Major Care: PPO and non-PPO dentist 50%

*These are the differences: For annual maximum benefit option 1 is $1,500 per person & option 2 is $2,000 per person. And for orthodontia option 1 is not covered & option 2 is 50% after $50 lifetime deductible; $2,000 lifetime maximum per person.

FSA

The max I can put in is $3,050. $610 can rollover.

I hope the formatting isn't too confusing but this is all the info from the package.
