How can I get a canceled letter from my Marketplace insurance so I can qualify for special enrollment with my job?

So a few months ago, I was kicked off Medicaid because I made too much. I signed up for a cheap, $30 plan through the Marketplace. Turns out they had my income WAY wrong! But they have since corrected it but that means that my premiums are now around $186 and the deductible went from 0 to $1450 and out of pocket from $2000 to $7700! I absolutely cannot afford this and so have thought about getting on my work's insurance, which is close to this new price but with a much lower deductible and out of pocket and is accepted in most places (whereas my last insurance, Ambetter, was hardly accepted anywhere at all! The nearest dentist, for example, was a 3 hour drive away!) But open enrollment at work isn't until June. My HR lady said to get a letter from my current insurance saying it was now cancelled and then I can qualify for special enrollment at work.

My question is, do I ask for this letter from Ambetter or the Marketplace? There are cheaper premium plans available on the Marketplace but I wouldn't be able to afford the costs for visits and my prescriptions (I'm on several meds, including specialty meds and have appointments with my pcp, neurologist and weight loss surgeon (for post-op care) every 3 months!) Is it even possible to get a cancellation letter since my reason for cancelling is simply not having enough money for the upcoming 2024 plans?

Basically, I am so confused and new to this (had Medicaid my entire life before this! Insurance you pay for is a completely new world for me and I 0% do not know how to navigate it!) All my choices are too expensive for me or don't fully cover what I need but I'm trying my best to find what I can even if it means making several sacrifices! Could someone please help??
