High Deductible Paid By Employer w/ HSA vs $0 Deductible w/ no HSA Paid By Myself?

I have narrowed down 3 options at a new employer, and my head is spinning trying to calculate the best option for us given my family's situation (me + spouse, no kids). All of these are through Aetna, and I could really use some advice.

Situation: Wife attends therapy 2x weekly, which adds up to $1200 per month (96 annual appts at $150 each = $14,400 annual) and is covered under Aetna. Outside of that, we just do normal preventative checkups + blood work, no prescriptions or other major medical issues. We are planning on starting a family within the next year, so doc appointments may tick up.

The one twist is that a family member is covering the cost of that therapy as a cash gift, so once we max out our deductible/out of pocket, we get to bank the rest (yes, the family member is aware of this arrangement and is OK with it).

Based on this scenario, I would have thought the $0 deductible (option 2) would be the way to go given our frequency of medical appts and ability to bank that gift, but the math is telling me Option 1 comes out cheaper (assuming that 10% co-pay doesn't get significantly out of whack outside those known 96 appts, ignoring out of network, and adding back the HSA contributions).

Am I thinking through this properly? Anything wrong with my math? Appreciate any feedback, thanks in advance!
