Help With Possible Medical Cost Issue

I think I might have a problem that I’ll have to deal with soon.

I had 2 dental implants done in 2021. The implant is a prosthetic tooth around a metal post and base. They are held in by a screw which is then rooted into a separate implant that was placed into my jaw bone several months prior. For context, here is a video of how the process works:

One of them has been fine; but the other has failed. It broke back in October or November of last year (can’t remember for certain). Since then, my dentist has had me in 3 or 4 times to try and repair the implant. As of today, the implant stayed in for about an hour after I left her office and is now sitting on my dining room table. It apparently broke off at an awkward part of the screw which holds the actual prosthetic tooth in place. Because of this, it is making it exceedingly difficult to repair and it sounds like there is not an option to replace it.

Today, she mentioned I would probably need to do a bridge if she was not successful in fixing the implant. I don’t blame my dentist for this. She’s really been trying to find a solution; but after paying for the original implant and an additional almost $1400+ since it failed, I’m not really in a position to pay for further procedures. Does anyone know what rights I may have from an insurance and/or legal perspective to help should this go to a place where I need additional work done?
