Hello everyone, I have to choose my health plan for the year and I’m stumped, looking for some help. I two cheap $10 generic medicines that I get every month and I need at least one CBC blood test (basic) and one eye exam per year for glaucoma suspect. Here are my employer options

Bronze:

$100 per month $

$6550 oop max/ $6550 deductible
plan pays 100% after deductible Pharmacy/ everything

Silver HSA:

$170 per month

$3000 deductible

$6000 oop max

pharma: $10 copay after deductible generic/ plan pays 70%/60% after deductible for non generic.

everything else is 70% covered after deductible.

Silver copay:

$194 per month

$4000 deductible

$6000 oop max

Pharma: Generic $10 no deductible, pays 70%/60% non generic No deductible 25 min 75 max
Doctors visits: primary care $40 copay, specialist $75 no deductible on either.

Emergency: ER room $300, ambulance $300, urgent care $75

everything else like labs/X-ray 70% after deductible

Gold: $210 per month

$2500 deductible

$4000 oop max

Everything is 85% covered after deductible besides pharma which is 70% covered non generic after deductible.

Thanks for any help!
