Help understanding the coverage options with a new employer

I'm starting with a new employer soon, and I'm having a bit of trouble understanding the health insurance option. I'm used to the typical HMO / PPO, but I'm seeing some new options here with a wide array of deductibles, coinsurance, and maximums. Another wrinkle is that I'm getting married this fall, and my spouse does not currently have insurance through their workplace, so we're deciding if they should get on mine or look through the marketplace for a plan.

I'm 28 and relatively healthy, will be making $125k gross, and am in NC but may end up in PA later this year. I am on some acne and depression meds and like to have piece of mind when it comes to plans. Does anyone have input on what seems like an optimal balance of coverage / options? I've typically gone with the PPO option in the past, but It's not looking like I'll have that choice. Thank you!
