Help understanding my health insurance coverage

So I’m trying to get this super expensive treatment for a rare blood disorder called EPP and the drug is called Scenesse and the clinic let me know the allowed billable amount is $99,866.92 per implant (lasts 2 months)

So I asked my insurance how much of that they’ll cover and they said after the rest of my deductible ($750) and maximum ($1000) I will pay just the $1750. But I’m still confused what that means. What is a deductible what is a maximum? The dude barely spoke English and he couldn’t explain it to me properly. Idk. Seems sketchy that I only pay for $1750 for such an expensive implant. Plus, the implant only lasts 2 months so if I get it more than once I don’t have to pay anything until the end of the year when it resets?? Help me understand please I’m new to adulting lol

I just need to know, is there anything else I should be asking my insurance provider and are they trying to hide any other costs I need to be aware about they said it’s in network and I meet the criteria.
