Help understanding difference in coverages between mine and my husbands options

Hi there! I’m admittedly very inexperienced with health insurance; my husband has coverage through the VA so I’ve done my best to choose what I’d need for myself and now my daughter, but husband was just offered a job with full benefits and I’m trying to compare them and understand our best options. His premiums are much higher but they offer no deductible or coinsurance.

The general breakdown is: My midline coverage is $289/pay for the family, with a $800/$1600 deductible and 20% coinsurance Husbands is $467/pay but $0 deducible and 0% coinsurance

Significantly more per pay period for him because of those 0’s, but I’m not sure how much that matters? We’re all fairly healthy, no medications or anything, however husband will need a hernia surgery (I believe the VA was covering however) and we may decide for another kid next year, probably with a c-section, obviously adding to medical expenses.

Can someone help me understand/choose the best option for our family? Thanks so much🥹🫶🏻
