Help picking plan, 30yo pregnant due in April

Hey!! I would love some suggestions for picking my plan. Background: I’m 30yo female who is pregnant and due in April! I have narrowed it down to two Florida Blue plans offered by my company through the marketplace. I get paid 2x month and the premium amount will be taking out of each paycheck. Just me on the plan January-March and baby is added ~April-December. I will be giving birth in a hospital (Morton Plant)

I have already pre paid my obstetrician around $800 for prenatal and delivery fees as they do not bill insurance until after I deliver which includes all care for prenatal appointments and the delivery itself. The one thing I am a little confused on is the price for childbirth/professional delivery services breakdown for each plan. I called the obstetrician office and they really didn’t know but said they would reimburse me afterwards if I paid more than was needed.
