Help Needed: Comparing HDHP/HSA Plans for Family with Upcoming Baby

Hi all, I'm trying to navigate the dreaded employee benefits enrollment, and both my wife and I have started new jobs, so we're comparing various plans to find what works best for us. Here's our situation: My Plan (HDHP with HSA) Premium: $430/month for the family Employer Contribution: $1500 Deductible: $1850 individual / $3700 family (in-network) Out-of-Pocket Limit: $4000 individual / $8000 family (in-network) Coinsurance: 20% (in-network), 40% (out-of-network) Wife's Plan (HDHP) Premium: Essentially covered by her employer Employer Contribution: None Deductible: $2500 individual / $5000 family (in-network) Out-of-Pocket Limit: $3425 individual / $6850 family (in-network) Coinsurance: 0% (in-network), 30% (out-of-network) The kicker with my wife's plan is that the deductible resets on a calendar year, but the enrollment period is in July for the following year, which is confusing. If we stay on that plan the following year, it would roll over (assuming the employer keeps those plans). We are pretty healthy and don't spend much on medical bills. I have a padded HSA account. We have a 2-year-old and are planning to have another baby within the next 12 months. Given these details, what would be the better option for us? Any advice on navigating this would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
