Help! My friend lost her coverage

So my friend just lost her Medicaid coverage because she was over the income limit. I know that she can either go through her employer as a qualifying health event and get coverage OR she can go thru the marketplace which is SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper. She is married but all of her spouse's income goes towards child support and her income is going towards a loan and food/bills. Does she need to disclose that she could get coverage through her empployer or what can she do? She needs help and coverage to check herself out cuz she was battling with Medicaid for like 3-6 months now and they finally got back to her yesterday. I ran a quote last night and she marketplace could be $100 or less a month but I don't if she can qualify for this or if having a spouse changes this for her too? She makes $35,000 a year.

Can someone please give us the options she can do so she can coverage asap? Thank you!
