Help me understand the difference of these health insurance plans

I have a job offer and the health insurance provided is with Cigna. It’s more expensive than my current plan I think. I'm not sure if the $122 is for the whole month or per pay period. I will need to clarify. But anyways looking at the Cigna plans and my current plan with Blue Cross Blue Shield that’s circled, it seems like my current plan is way better. It’s $63.56 per pay period (every two weeks). I don’t have to meet a deductible. I just pay copays. I’m a bit slow when it comes to health insurance plans. I don’t want to turn down the job just because of the health insurance but I’m thinking about it. The fact that I have to meet deductibles for the Cigna plan is scary because some years ago I chose the cheapest plan at this government job I worked and I ended up going to the hospital many times and owed thousands. It’s part of the reason I get the best plan. I have two chronic conditions and don’t go to the hospital much anymore but I frequently go to doctors and specialists. I go to therapy weekly. I take quite a few medications with some of them being really expensive. It would be great if someone could explain to me which plan would be better and why in simple baby terms. Thank you!
