Help me pick between this PPO & HMO plan from Blue Shield

I thought PPO's were better than HMO's but after reviewing the following numbers/information, I believe the HMO plan my employer is offering is better?

I'm a 28-year-old active and healthy single person. No other person would be on my health insurance. My employer is paying for either plan so I don't have to worry about it coming out of my paycheck. I live in Los Angeles
