HELP! International student, obscene amounts of money to pay for insurance after processing the cases

Came to USA from Europe on an F1 visa, took ISO as the provider (associated with Cigna). 1. Had a family doctor checkup (almost 50$ as stated on the plan I signed before – 50$ per specialist checkup). I did not receive any kind of notice to pay this amount from the office. Why is it only written in my claims on my ISO profile? Where should I pay it? (It’s the same thing for all the other cases on my profile – where can I find literal receipts and not ISO telling me what I should pay). 2. Had a dermatologist appointment for a pigmentation on my back (and apparently I also noted I have a slight rash there, this might’ve been their catch) -> they charged me 355 for diagnosing acne. I came in not only for acne but they registered it as such because the doctor wrote so. I only had a 5 minute exam, sat in the office for 30 minutes alone, and when I called them, they just reread the doctor’s notes to me and said they could do a 25% discount if I pay this week (the discount, as they said, is for those who do not have an insurance provider). ISO refuses to cover any of the money because their plan does not cover acne diagnoses. What should I do, is there any possibility I could call them and ask them to change the diagnosis code so that my insurance would cover it? What is the possibility of getting a bigger discount? One person told me to just send in a check with 100$ saying that I’m an international student, I do not have more money and I was not aware that I will have to pay this much. 3. I had a broken leg. 1st checkup was in an urgent care room where they did an x-ray, gave me crutches. 2nd appointment was where I received an orthopedic boot and xrays too. 3rd appointment was xrays to confirm that the healing is happening ok. a) For a month or two I have not filled out the accident report for ISO. I did later send that to ISO and they said they have processed it, however, when I open up the EOB of that particular case, it states that I own the full sum and that its because I’ve not submitted the accident form. Why did they not respond to the accident form and closed the case (same thing with them not receiving medical documents from the hospital – I sent them the documents, however, they did not account that in the EOB)? B) the sums of money they charge me for the things that they have done to me are still obscene, all of this adds up to more than $1200. Is there any possibility to get a discount from them? C) They only put dots next to some of the cases instead of prices. What do they mean if the cases are already processed??? 4. Are there any people who can help out in such situations? Where should I find their contacts? Is there any possibility of them helping me out?

Thank you so much for your help. I feel lost and very desperate in this system and I do not know what to do. Can they call me to court if I don’t pay all of this money back? Do they still have debtors prisons? I am leaving the country 01/06 and I do not know what to do.
