Help, great job opp’s insurance seems… rough

Hi all, I work in a hospital and while everyone complains how bad the insurance is (for healthcare) I am now having to compare and feeling overwhelmed. I was offered an outpatient opportunity that can equate to more income and independence, better long term growth. However, I currently provide insurance for myself and two young kids (divorced). I have roughly $500 biweekly removed for the three of us, with a 3k deductible with Aetna. PCP goes towards deductible before coverage (100% or 70%). This is what I’m looking at for the new opportunity: Cigna + Oscar, my insurance premium (over $600) would be covered by employer, the kids premiums I would be responsible for (362 each). For a family, it is a 9400 deductible in network! Possible 18k out of pocket max. Mental health and primary care do not meet to meet deductible just a copay (we send the kids to therapy since divorcing). Dental and vision available (I have this and need this). I’m not sure what the hell to do. I’d hate to miss out on this over insurance. Any thoughts? Thanks you in advance, I’ve not done much other than enroll every year at this hospital for a decade so this is very new! I’m 42, female, in 06468 making 135k now this position would be 142k with potential for more.
