Help!! Deciding which is the better insurance for wife and husband

Hello all! My wife and I (both 26)are post-grads who got full-time jobs that offer medical and dental insurance! We need help understanding each of the benefits for each plan and generally decide which plan will give us back more money on our paycheck. We don’t mind if I am on my own plan, my wife is on her own plan, or if we are both in either plans together. The benefits are virtually the same for both plans. Here are the breakdown of the medical and dental insurance for both plans:

Wife’s Medical Plan: Monthly Benefits Allowance – $244 Max If coverage waived or overpayment on benefits; $1,126.68 (Self); $2,055.63 (Self+Spouse) Medical Plans – $941.16 (Self); $1,876.88 (Self+Spouse) Dental Plans – $21.28 (Self); $35.52 (Self+Spouse)

My Medical Plan: Monthly Benefits allowance – $84.48 Medical Plans – $92.68 (Self); $138 (Self+Spouse) Dental Plans – $7.84 (Self); $10.78 (Self+Spouse)
