Help Choosing between 2 Health Insurance Plans (Same Company)

Hello, I’m trying to decide between two plans that offer the same services. I am single and in my late 30’s in Northern California. I do have some specialty stuff in the works, a sleep study, about 5 medications, psych/therapy services, a bad back but it hasn’t required surgery yet (they said probably 5-10 years). Unfortunately, despite staring at the plan information and asking reddit personalfinance, I am having trouble processing the information and committing to a choice. Any thoughts between the two? I believe the HDHP would be better based on the deductible and amount saved monthly but I am really stuck. I understand the HDHP is going to cost more every time I utilize it but the way I see it the out of pocket limit difference will be covered by what I save monthly? I honestly do not know the different between out of pocket limit and deductible though. Thank you!

They both utilize the exact same services so one isn’t better in that regard.
