Hubby and I …no kids yet, no serious or underlying health issues except for backpains that are not severe for my hubby.We are currently undergoing fertility treatments that are paid out of pocket.For 2022 benefits we did HDHP with HSA but for 2023, employer terminated HSA and now its HRA.I do not understand this thing and thats why I need help and confused to the plans to choose between the three …. HDHP with HRA , PPO $3000 or PPO $1000.I don’t want to have regrets for the next 12 months as per Health insurance.Please help me.

Semi-monthly deductions for both of us will be —- HDHP= $124.95 —$5,000 /$10,000 calendar yr deductible, out of pocket max =$6,350.00,office visits =deductible ;lab and x-rays,major surgeries =deductible,outpatient surgires =deductible ,urgent care =deductible.

PPO $3,000 =semi monthly deductions $218.76 ; $3,000/$9000 calendar yr deductible ;out of pocket max =$5,900/$11,900 ; coinsurance =30% employee ;PCP /specialist =$30/$60 copay ;labs ,surgeries,major diagnostics,out patient surgeries =after deductible then 30% ;inpatient hospitalizations and outpatient surgery =after deductible then 30%; urgent care =$75 copay

PPO $1000=$254.56 Semi monthly deductions =$254.56 ;$1,000/$3,000 calendar yr deductible ;out of pocket max =$3,900 /$7,800 coinsurance =30% employee ;PCP /specialist =$30/$60 copay ;labs ,surgeries,major diagnostics,out patient surgeries =after deductible then 30% ;inpatient hospitalizations and outpatient surgery =after deductible then 30%; urgent care =$75 copay.

. Prescription drugs ==for HDHP …after deductible copays will apply retail 30 day supply —generic $10 copay ;preferred =$35 copay ;specialty %75 to $200.
