please help I need to kniw if I'm being scammed I went to healthcare gov and did an application and a lady called and sold me BCBS of Louisiana I just recently became disabled abd on disability funds she sold me bcbs for 140$ a month which I had to pay her up front for the new open enrollment 1/1/2025 was skeptical about the entire call I called bcbs on the 1st and she said yes that I will be getting my welcome info and coverage In mail and I asked her what was my momonthly bill she said 0$ that I didn't owe any note I told her who sold me insurance and she said sounds like a scam because you didn't have to pay anything for the insurance and bcbs told me to call healthcare.gov and she gave me the number so I called them and they said that I wasn't the only victim and that they never ask for payments but when I canceled my card for them to stop automatically charging my card monthly for 140$ she called and said I would loose my insurance if I don't pay so I gave her my card info again and I said ma'am bcbs said I didn't have to pay anything monthly and she said that's correct because it's because of health Sherpa is the reason I only pay 140$ a month but when I got the bcbs welcome pack it shows monthly premium 599.00 with a line they it and says 0.00$ and when I log into this weird health Sherpa dashboard I actually found my healthcare gov application that showed me getting a 610$ month tax credit monthly because of my annual income so I just seeing if they are legit has anyone ran into this I mean 140$ a month living off disability is alot when you trying to survive and have insurance when I google health care job they said you pay your monthly premium to the insurance company which is bcbs but they say I don't owe them nothing a month
