HealthPass to discontinue all Healthfirst Plans but adding Empire BCBS options

HealthPass recently announced that they will no longer be offering Healthfirst plans as part of their medical coverage options but will be adding Empire BCBS to its medical portfolio.

Effective 3/1/2023 Healthfirst will only be available for renewing groups (no new group enrollment)
Effective 4/1/23, HealthPass will be adding Empire Blue Cross/Blue Shield
Effective 5/1/2023 Healthfirst will no longer be available for renewing groups

We are pleased to announce that effective 4/1/23, HealthPass will be adding Empire Blue Cross/Blue Shield to their portfolio of Medical Plan options. We are very excited for this partnership and believe that the addition of Empire will provide you and your employees with new strategic opportunities within the HealthPass portfolio.
