Hello guys I have a question.

I am moving and planning on quitting my job soon. I need some help / advice on how to handle the quit. I’m trying to work as long as I can but without incurring costs of benefits.

My benefits kick in on September 1. So next check sept 6 I believe they’ll deduct $140~ from my check as I opted for paying 2x a month from my checks.

I want to quit sometime around the end of September. So if I quit before the 14th of September , the second check of the month will still charge me $140.

However my question is, if I work up until September 25 for example, they’re gonna give me a check in October, for the month of September. Would I still have to pay the benefits? I’m not trying to keep the benefits provided by the company nor am I trying to incur a charge for them.

They also pay a portion of the policy so it’s in their best interest not to pay it right? So if I quit for example sept 25, I can ask them not to charge me anymore or how does it work. Thank you
