Health insurance terminated due to nonpayment. Huge bill

My Health insurance with blue cross got terminated due to nonpayment for 3 months. It’s a confusing system but as far as I remember, I enrolled into autopay but it never finalized. They finally sent me a notice of my termination and a bill for almost 10k that will not be covered for the past 3 months. I take allergy shots once a month that I cannot afford to miss due to severe flair ups.

I have talked to my insurance company on three different occasions but they refuse to cover the bill, I’ve asked if I can just cover the premium in full for the past 3 months to be reinstated, they declined. The clinic also refuses to work with me. They offer a payment plan for 4 months which is not enough for me to come up with the money, 10k is a huge amount to have and i don’t make anywhere close to see that kind of money anytime soon.

What should I do? Are there programs that help with health bills? How do I get my insurance to cover that? Thank you in advance.
