Health Insurance Premium went up drastically at the start of this year but went unnoticed for the past few months, any chance I could do something about it?

Hello all, let me preface by saying this is my fault for not keeping track, I was enrolled in a plan through covered california at an affordable price for me at the time as I was a student. I started medical school in 2023 and moved out of state, but my insurance rate was still the same for the entirety of that year. In 2024, the price went up hundreds of dollars and this has been going on for the past few months, as far I as I could tell, there wasn't much warning to this, only new bill statements with the price increase in January 2024, but I only did a cursory look because I panicked so I may be mistaken, I will take a closer look later on.

I've been so busy with school and I live on a fixed income with my loans, today I checked my checking account and my expected amount was a lot lower than I thought it'd be. I combed through my finances and had a mini heart attack when I saw how much the premiums have gone up, I have cancelled auto pay immediately and will be cancelling the plan, but is there any possible way I could get some money back? Thank you for your help.
