Health insurance options for a heart disease patient.

"I am a 25-year-old male born with a rare heart condition and have undergone four open heart surgeries. Currently, my health is perfect right now, and I don't think I would have major surgery in the future, . However, I am scheduled for a heart catheterization this February, and maby I would need to do some MRI or ultrasound in the future. I currently receive Medi-Cal due to my family's low income. Yet, I have a job opportunity that would increase my earnings over the Medi-Cal limit, but it wouldn't cover rent and utility expenses. Hence, I'm seeking information about health insurance plans that would cover my upcoming heart catheterization and medication costs.

My heart medications, such as aspirin and enalapril, are cheap, but my hepatitis B medication is kinda expensive. I've heard that heart disease is considered as a disability. If I apply for a disability program, would I still be eligible Medi-Cal coverage even with an income surpassing the Medi-Cal limit? or Covered California platinum plan able to cover my need?
