Health Insurance Dropped I Wasn’t Informed

So I work for a national agency that employs healthcare and education professionals. I recently switched districts, but stayed with my same company. Unbeknownst to me, when I switched districts, they dropped my health insurance. I was never informed in any capacity and just found out, just over 60 days past when I got my new district contract. It never occurred to me that my insurance would change, as my company stayed the same the whole time. I am still waiting to hear back from my company. Am I totally screwed until open enrollment? Is there any recourse? I can’t really afford to not have health insurance and I don’t understand how I wasn’t notified about being dropped. When I renewed my contract on my company’s website my insurance information remained the same. Apparently I was dropped 4 days later. Any help is appreciated, thanks!

Edit: word Edit 2: in case it matters, I am not a contractor, I am a w2 employee of my company and my company has contracts with districts. I changed the district that my company contracted with.
