HDHP Family Plan with an HSA, Spouse has FSA and HRA account but no other group benefits from her job

Hello, looking for some help here. Found some things online saying that I can't have all three of these things at the same time. Me and my wife are both on my HDHP through my work and I contribute to my HSA regularly and get some match from my job. My wife's job has introduced a new benefit of an HRA and FSA that they will contribute $500 to each account. I have found things that say this will make us ineligible for our HSA (which would make me absolutely want to turn it down) but have also found "If they don’t cover you on their medical plan and the HRA reimburses only out-of-pocket expenses incurred under their employer’s medical plan, your eligibility to fund isn’t affected by their HRA."

I have found similar things around the FSA as it can be a LEXHCFSA (what an acronym). Where would I go to find out what we are allowed to do so that we can maximize our benefit.
