HDHP, Cancer, and job opportunity

Should I just continue interviewing with a company that only offers high deductible insurance plans. One plan offers an HRA and the other an HSA. I’m thinking about pulling out of the interview process even though the position is fully remote and salary will give me a bit more stability. Unfortunately I have thyroid cancer and even though I’m stable. I don’t want to financially ruin myself further. I visit my oncologist every 2-3 months, one annual pet scan, my endocrinologist I see once every six months, and other specialists once every 3-6 months.

I’ve never had a HDHP before as I always opted for PPO. If I am offer the job should I take their benefits or see if I can enroll through healthcare market place? Example if I get the job and I get my pet scan in October would I be on the hook for the full cost of the scan? If the deductible is 4K and my scan is 4K would I hit my deductible and be ok?
