Having trouble picking coverage

Hey guys, I live in Colorado and recently changed jobs and in the midst of that I injured my knee and have been going to cu sports medicine (Cigna employer plan)… my new job the only insurance option from them is through Kaiser, which it seems they offer something called a POS plan that will allow me to go to CU health still which is my concern. The only individual plans that CU Health is in network is “anthem pathway Colorado option gold”. The difference in price per month between the anthem plan and the best Kaiser plan is $65/month. I am a little confused as to how the Kaiser pos plan works so I don’t want to bank on it being worthwhile. I want to be able to continue going to cu health for this injury due to their reputation and the fact I mountain bike and ride dirt bikes. My question is does anyone have experience with anthem in the Colorado area? As a child I had blue cross blue shield in the southeast and it always seemed pretty good.
