Having issues with UHC, not letting me log in

I’ve paid all my monthly premiums on time, and I’m getting stuck on this screen with no success. I even deleted all my cache on all browsers and redownload the app on my phone and no luck, anyone else had this happen? If so how do you fix it? Error is “Our records indicate you don't have access to this portal. If you think you are getting this message in error, please call 1-877-844-4999, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with any website or technical questions or issues.” The other one is “We’re unable to confirm that you have access to this secure area of the site. If you have a Medicare plan with UnitedHealthcare, please access your member portal at medicare.uhc.com or call the number on the back of your ID card for assistance. If you believe you’re receiving this message in error, please call us at 1-877-844-4999 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with any website or technical questions or issues.”
