Got kicked from Medicaid, now what?

So I’m having a confusing time. I got kicked off my parents insurance last year and went months without it. This year I was able to be approved for apple health, but I’ve had a very rough time with it. I’m a bartender, so some months I qualify others I don’t. (Which is confusing on its own with how I’m supposed to update my income so frequently and only have insurance some months) but in the beginning of July, I was supposed to have insurance until the end of the month, and updated my income to see what plans I could get privately. I found one I liked, and within two days of my birthday early in the month(idk if this is relevant) I get a notice they’ve kicked me off of apple health day of. How hahaha makes no sense to me. Then I try to get coverage on a Regence plan that worked okay for me, and they send me a notice I can’t enroll because it’s not open enrollment. Is this really how this is or am I missing something? Is the goal to make me insuranceless? Why can they kick me off of a plan and then not allow me to purchase my own I don’t get it. Are there anyways around this? I haven’t been to my doctor in over two years and have been ignoring health concerns for a long time that I no longer can ignore and waited months for a doctors appointment which is now supposed to be next week and have no coverage to see my primary. Are there any options for me? Is there any way to retroactively be insured once open enrollment starts? Thank you for hearing me vent. It’s insanely frustrating to be struggling with my health and having no options.
