Got approved for Mass Health Connector insurance, questions about per-existing diagnosis

I graduated in May 2024 and my school’s insurance expired on 31st August, 2024. Currently i am unemployed and on my post-OPT for F1 Visa. For the past 5 months i have been having lower back pain for which I was going for physiotherapy(which didn’t really helped at i stopped after 2 months). In August, I got couple of X-rays done and one MRI in the last week of August. I got my MRI report in 1st week of September(After my insurance expired) where the NP asked me to get a MRI for Pelvis done because of something called bone island and she wants to check few more things.

I submitted my application through mass health connector and it says this:

Eligible for: ConnectorCare Plan Type 1 with Advance Premium Tax Credit

Start Date: October 1st, 2024 (21 Days left)

Eligible for: Limited + Health Safety Net

Start Date: August 17th, 2024

I can see 2 plans which look good Mass General Brigham Health Plan Select ConnectorCare 1 and HPHC ConnectorCare 1. For both the plans, for almost all the services in-network it says “No member cost sharing”.
My questions are:

Will my lower back pain treatments/imaging will further be continued if i take one of these plans or does this qualify as pre-existing condition and both the insurances will not cover them?

As long as I visit a doctor in-network or get Imaging done in-network I will not have to pay anything(other than the monthly premium)?

Me being on F1 visa and unemployed at the moment after graduation will not affect any thing and I can continue with my treatments starting 1st October, 2024?

Has my application been approved? Because i don’t see any decision pending notification on my dashboard.
