Gf had a liver transplant as a small child: Any idea what she’d pay for health insurance in the USA?

We were wondering about this earlier…. She's generally healthy, but has a consultation and blood tests every 3 months, and is on immunosuppressants and a couple other meds to keep the organ happy. She's generally at higher risk of most things, though in our time together that's just meant more colds. Covid was no worse for her than me, and we've had it the same amount of times.

She's 36, non-smoker, not overweight.

In our constant curiosity about what it'd be like to live in X/Y/Z country, we've always ruled out the US as we assume (maybe correctly) we'd have to pay a massive premium as this pre-existing condition would displease the gods of life & death over there.

So obviously I'm not expecting an exact figure, but it's be nice to get a general idea how much more it'd cost for someone like her to live in America compared to someone who still has their original liver.

Thanks in advance for any knowledge.
