GetCoveredNJ Aetna/CVS Health Question ACA

Resident of New Jersey, recently lost my coverage through Medicaid and had to enroll through NJ Marketplace (Get Covered NJ) in a new plan. Eligible for ACA and low cost plans/monthly premiums through tax credit. Decided on Aetna/CVS Health Silver 1 plan. $0/month for premium. Right now under my health plans it says “pending” and when you hover over it, “enrollment complete – awaiting payment confirmation from the carrier.” My understanding is that they will send the payment for the premium from the APTC directly to them each month, and I’m not seeing any way to pay via the marketplace portal. When I go to the Aetna/CVS site I don’t have any way to log in, since I don’t have a member ID yet but not sure when or how I should expect to receive one. Does anyone know how long it may take or how I can make sure I’m enrolled and covered? I don’t see anything online in FAQs. Wondering if I should wait (I’m sure it’s not instantaneous) or call, but not sure who to call (insurance company or Get Covered NJ). My premium affective date and coverage start date are both 8/1/24. I’m an idiot and took a while to enroll so I only have til the end of July before my 60 day period for being without insurance is up so def wanna make sure everything is good. TIA for any guidance!
