Gap- insurance coverage questions

Good Afternoon,

Thanks to all who kindly answered my questions, even if they seem simple or silly, as I would describe them myself.

While exploring healthcare coverage options, I've come across one question: Is there a comprehensive option available?

I know about Gap Insurance, I'm not referring to COBRA. I’ve also heard about insurance that covers gaps in deductibles and copays on primary coverage, particularly for those with high out-of-pocket maximums (OOPMs). However, I haven't found a suitable option. Most plans seem similar, with high deductibles and copays.

So, is there an option that covers these gaps in healthcare coverage?

It might sound silly, but I am very concerned about insurance. I don't view insurance as a jackpot or a "gotcha", but I don't want to worry about unexpected circumstances. (I also get all the offerings from my employer, like accidental insurance, long-term disability insurance, and more.)

where, In my home country (I am from overseas, studied in the US, and now work here legally), we have so much insurance products, For example, if you undergo surgery, there is a $500 payout to cover potential unforeseen costs, such as taking time off work or extra care expenses. I believe this can help with unforeseen under-the-table costs that might not be covered if I were hospitalized.

I am just a person whom prefer a triple safety net. At home, we have national insurance run by the government that everyone must sign up for, but I also pay roughly $300/mo for various extra coverage options from the private sector.
