Experiences with private United Healthcare Choice Plus PPO? Great deal, or run for the hills?

I’m being offered UHC Choice Plus PPO coverage privately for $780/month for my family of 4. We’re all healthy, except for the constant young kid daycare illnesses. This is $200 less than I pay for my BCBS HPHD plan through work currently. My husbands employer does not offer coverage. I am likely leaving my employer early next year, so I reached out to a broker for quotes and the UHC coverage is what he came back with.

It looks like on the marketplace, we’d be paying minimum $1,300 for $16k deductible for the four of us (if the marketplace is even around later 😅)

I realize this is not an ACA compliant plan, but the info the broker sent me does have a major medical portion that covers hospitalization, surgery, ambulance, etc. Is this too good to be true? Any experiences with this coverage? What I really do not want is to sign up to spend hours a month fighting an insurance company to cover claims. My only experience has been with Blue Cross who, while not cheap, I’ve never had problems with. TIA for any insight!
