EOB & Billing Question for Online Mental Health Services

I’ve been receiving mental health services online through the UpLift platform since May from a therapist who accepts my insurance (Aetna). I am just genuinely confused as to how billing works.

In my own ignorance, i’ve not been paying attention to the EOBs beacuse I have my HSA card set up on the UpLift platform for automatic billing. My HSA card was charged twice ($5 each) in August for the first two sessions that I attended on May 15 and May 25. In my HSA statement, those two payments match up with the claim numbers of my first two claims in Aetna. I have not been billed by my provider (which is technically the UpLift platform) for anything since.

Now in looking at the EOBs, the care has been classified as out-of-network, even though my therapist is in network, and I have a very confusing graph on each claim that says my share of the claim is $371 (the amount billed for service), but then it also states there was a $202 plan discount and $202 pending or not payable.

Is this a case where I need to reach out to UpLift to ensure there aren’t any outstanding bills. I need mental health services now to figure out my mental health services heh.
